GPA Earns URAC Reaccreditation for Disease Management
GPA again has been awarded Disease Management Accreditation from URAC, a Washington, DC-based health care accrediting organization that establishes quality standards for the health care industry.
GPA’s disease management and lifestyle coaching programs improve and streamline treatment for chronic health conditions and high-risk individuals. These programs help employees better manage their care and make them more responsible for their own well-being while helping employers benefit from lower medical claim costs and improved outcomes.
